OCT ‘24: Work Begins

Exciting News! We’ve started on site at Moira Terrace – a project that marks the culmination of months of collaborative effort and innovation!

Working closely with our client, Cardiff Community Housing Association, and Matt Rimola from EXPEDITE, we’ve tackled the unique challenges of this complex building, crafting a plan to bring it back to life.

It’s refreshing to work in an open, collaborative environment under the JCT Construction Excellence Contract, which emphasizes teamwork and shared goals.

This project is a shining example of what we can achieve with collaborative construction – from problem-solving to progress. Here’s to a great start and to building something remarkable together!
