The Finish Line is in Sight 

Final touches are being made at our Liswerry site, where 20 affordable homes—built from the ground up—are now nearly ready for occupation. 

A huge thank you to our incredible team and everyone involved in transforming this unused pub into a thriving new part of the community. 

As always, we’ve stayed focused on environmentally conscious construction, incorporating ICF, infrared heating systems, and solar panels. The result? High-performance homes that are both sustainable and tenant-friendly. 

Each home has exceeded the required standards for air permeability and sound insulation—by more than 10 points in some cases—delivering exceptional energy efficiency at an affordable price. 

This has been a complex project with its fair share of challenges, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our client Hedyn Homes and their Employers Agents, RPA. We’re proud of what’s been achieved and are looking forward to working with the team on future projects.
