A Big Step Forward at Moira Terrace
Recently, we reached a significant milestone at our Moira Terrace site—the removal of the historic skating rink that had been a part of this building's top floor for nearly 150 years.

As we progress through this project, we are continually reminded of its rich history. Our team is committed to honouring this legacy while shaping the building’s next chapter with care and respect.

In addition to this, we’re making major structural updates to the flooring and basement level, paving the way for an exciting transformation.

Each step brings us closer to realising CCHA's vision for this site—creating homes and business spaces that blend heritage with modern functionality, ensuring they remain valuable for generations to come
