Moira Terrace in central Cardiff is making great progress toward its next stages

Our project manager, Mike Casey, provides an update on the current state of the demolition works and outlines the next steps for installing systems on the building's ground floors before the refurbishment stage begins later this year

As with any listed building, there is always extra steps to be taken to preserve and maintain its historical features – something we're committed to upholding whilst adding the valuable contemporary features to both the structure and the aesthetic of the project

Though we're still in the early stages, it's exciting to see the project moving forward, thanks to the excellent work of everyone involved
