As we race into the hot summer, we're seeing major structural changes in the centre of Cardiff. 

Most of the internal structural floors have now been replaced, and we’ve carried out extensive repairs to tired existing walls—bringing them back to strength and ready to stand for another 100 years. It’s great to now see new walls and the layout of apartments beginning to take shape.  

We’re excited to see this iconic building move into its next phase, with updates to the façade just around the corner—giving us even more opportunity to enhance and preserve the long-term future of this great building.
